Meghan Cochran has found that creating art allows her to more intimately connect to the universe. She is a mother and artist who enjoys eating doughnuts and smelling lilacs with her two daughters. Meghan practices mindfulness through painting, using the process as a way to untangle seemingly unrelated thoughts and memories, and to find closure from current and past experiences. She has her BFA from the New Hampshire Institute of Art, where she learned that phthalo green and alizarin crimson make the prettiest black when mixed.
She is represented by McGowan Fine Arts in Concord, NH.
